With extensive experience in the offshore finance sector, Ken is experienced in all areas of financial control, risk management and business analytics. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day management and strategic direction of the Q3 group of businesses in the Channel Islands.
He is keen to ensure that we remain a strong and stable business whilst continuing to develop and enhance the reputation of Q3.

Julie has worked in soft services delivery since 2004. Her role has evolved during this time as she has moved through the business.
As our Business Development Manager, Julie is responsible for matching the expectations of current and future clients to the deliverables of the front-line teams. Working closely with the client from the outset allows Julie to tailor the exact package to meet the client needs.
