Managing Director
With extensive experience in the offshore finance sector, Ken is experienced in all areas of financial control, risk management and business analytics. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day management and strategic direction of the Q3 businesses in the Channel Islands.
He is keen to ensure that we remain a strong and stable business whilst continuing to develop and enhance the reputation of Q3.

Julie Taylor

Business Development Manager
Julie has worked in soft services delivery since 2004. Her role has evolved during this time as she has moved through the business. 

As our Business Development Manager, Julie is responsible for matching the expectations of current and future clients to the deliverables of the front-line teams. Working closely with the client from the outset allows Julie to tailor the exact package to meet the client needs.

Specialist Operations Manager
An experienced operator within the Guernsey Soft Services Industry, Andre has been with Q3 since 2004. Working with his team to deliver a high standard of customer service and satisfaction he is the first point of contact for a large and diverse client portfolio. 

Andre has always put the client at the top of his priority list.

Since focusing on the delivery of specialist services in 2021 he is looking forward to working with existing clients and would welcome the opportunity to discuss specific new opportunities.

Matthew is the local point of contact for all of the Q3 business in Jersey. 

Working with our corporate clients and the States of Jersey to deliver our diverse range of services within the island.

With a proven track record of managing large and small teams and a keen focus on customer service, Matthew is always open for new opportunities to develop the Q3 offering in Jersey.
